Role Overview

As an Employee Relations Consultant, you'll take the lead on complex workplace matters ranging from investigations to litigation and serve as a key escalation point within the Employee Relations team. Working closely with leaders and key business units, you'll manage critical issues end-to-end, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, and performance concerns.

This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, coach senior stakeholders, and contribute to policy and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex ER issues, including litigation up to conciliation/conference

Conduct workplace investigations and resolve sensitive grievances

Lead disciplinary actions including performance management and terminations

Act as a coach and escalation point for Senior Advisors

Support leaders in addressing behavioural and performance issues

Partner on ad-hoc projects including training, policy reviews, and process design

Key Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, Law or a related field

5+ year's experience delivering ER advice in a large, fast-paced organisation

Demonstrated experience with FWC conciliation's and workplace investigations

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels

Confident handling high-risk or high-complexity matters independently
