We're seeking experienced Zscaler ZPA Consultants and Leads to manage and optimise ZPA environments in a mission-critical setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage Zscaler ZPA within complex enterprise environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain ZPA policies to ensure secure, seamless access.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot advanced ZPA-related issues.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams to align ZPA with Zero Trust principles.
• Support service improvement and automation initiatives within the NOC/SOC.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Zscaler ZPA architecture and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with App Connectors, ZPA Public Service Edges.
• Deep knowledge of ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SSL Inspection.
• Skilled in user/device authentication protocols (SAML, SCIM, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with enterprise networking (routing, switching, VPNs).
• Scripting (Python/PowerShell) is a bonus.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
