We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator with leadership experience and/or capability to step into a 2IC role at our small, family-owned Early Learning Centre (27 places).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a 2IC role

Deep knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for mentoring others and building positive centre culture

Up to date WWCC, First Aid, CPR & Child Protection

Passionate about high-quality care, inclusive practices, and inspiring others
