Rate: $75/hr + Super (Casual)

🔍 About the Role
Belayr Resources is seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to support a major Capital Ventilation Project in Cobar, NSW. This 12-month+ FIFO opportunity from Sydney involves planning and scheduling key underground construction activities including rise development, fan chamber construction, electrical infrastructure, and ventilation installations.

You’ll develop and manage the master schedule, integrating it with the mine plan and supporting all reporting functions across weekly, monthly, and daily timeframes.

🛠️ Project Scope
• Construction of 6 x 3.5m rises underground
• Installation of underground booster fans & electrical services
• Construction of underground booster fan chambers
• Integration with mine schedule and progress tracking

📅 Your Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule
• Integrate project scope into mine plans
• Lead and deliver weekly, monthly, and daily reporting
• Interface with engineering, construction, and operations teams
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies

💻 Software Requirements
• Deswik preferred
• Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project also suitable

• Experience in both mining and construction environments
• 5+ years in project planning or scheduling roles
• Strong understanding of underground infrastructure projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and communication skills
