Appliance Services Australia is a services-based company that specialises in corporate appliance servicing and repairs. Based in Moorabbin, we are recruiting for a technician in the Eastern or North-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne to service our customers in the Eastern or North-Eastern suburbs, as well as the CBD. Starting and finishing at home most days in a company-provided vehicle, the work is varied and clean. Our customer base is Victoria-wide, so metro Melbourne and some regional travel will be required.

A good working knowledge of controls, valves and sensors is required to service Billi & Zip boiling and chilled water units, hand dryers, food waste disposers as well as domestic and commercial kitchen and laundry appliances.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Have experience in appliance servicing and repair

Be able to work autonomously, but can collaborate and work with others when required

Be able to thoroughly document all facets of your site attendance and workmanship

Be able to fault-find and problem-solve

To have exceptional customer service abilities with key stakeholders

Be keen to contribute to the bigger picture of the business

Present neatly at all times

You will need to hold:

Current Driver’s License

Current “D” electrical license

Current WWC

Clear police check

Plumbing or electrical or mechanical experience preferred
