This is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior leader with an innovative and strategic mindset and a passion for community impact. You’ll work closely with the Management Committee to shape strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and build strong partnerships. You’ll also support a small, dedicated team to develop and implement new programs, services, and administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Collaborate with the Management Committee on strategic planning and governance.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and community groups.

Support and mentor staff in program development and service delivery.

Design and implement administrative systems and processes.

Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Oversee government reporting and funding acquittals.

What you'll bring

Proven leadership in health, aged care, community services or relevant sector

Strategic thinking and a collaborative spirit.

Experience implementing performance metrics, continuous improvement frameworks, and compliance standards in a community services or related setting.

A commitment to equity, creativity, and community empowerment.
