Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will need to gain an understanding of the maintenance and engineering of heavy industrial manufacturing operations and equipment. You will need to at a strategic level and engage effectively with senior business leaders utilising strong and effective communication, engagement and leadership skills.

You will possess

• Experience in Operational Readiness delivery of brownfield project(s) in heavy industry
• Experience in development and practical implementation of operations & maintenance delivery framework in SAP
• Risk Management or other safety or assurance skills
• Experience in the planning management and delivery of major plant outages.
• Working knowledge of Asset Management Process, Standards and Procedures.
• Sound knowledge and practical implementation of SAP system considerations linked to operations & maintenance delivery
