This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dynamics 365 Senior Business Central Consultant based in Sydney, NSW. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting requirement analysis, providing management consulting, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products, and offering ongoing support and training for end-users. While the role is based in Sydney, some remote work from home is acceptable.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 Business Central across industries

Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results

Configure and customise Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement strategies

✅ What You Bring:

Proven experience in D365 Business Central implementations

5+ years of experience implementing D365 Business Central or NAV

Strong understanding of finance and operations processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

AL development knowledge is a plus

Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
