AI/ML & Data Consultant – Leading Tech Consultancy

We’re partnering with a forward-thinking consultancy that delivers innovative solutions across AI, machine learning, data engineering, and digital transformation. With a team made up of curious, hands-on technologists, they’ve built a reputation for solving complex problems for some of Australia’s most well-known enterprise brands.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who loves being at the intersection of technical delivery and strategic impact. You’ll be designing and deploying sophisticated AI and ML solutions while helping clients unlock business value through data.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients to scope, design, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions
• Build and deploy scalable machine learning models and end-to-end data pipelines
• Provide strategic guidance around AI/ML adoption and data maturity
• Work across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to architect modern, scalable solutions
• Support internal capability growth and contribute to the broader AI/ML practice
• Stay on the pulse of emerging tech and contribute ideas to innovation efforts

What You Bring

• Solid experience in data science, ML engineering, or AI solution delivery
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
• Strong grasp of ML algorithms, statistical modelling, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Hands-on cloud experience, with a working knowledge of MLOps practices
• Exposure to agentic platforms or AI-driven automation is a bonus
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar
