Project Manager – Fitout & Refurbishment

$150K + Super | Multiple Projects | SEQ-Based

An established and growing commercial builder is seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver high-quality fitout and refurbishment projects across South East Queensland. With project values up to $5M and a strong team culture, this role offers excellent career development in a dynamic and well-respected company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing multiple fitout/refurb projects concurrently (typically $1M–$5M)

Overseeing project delivery from tender handover to completion

Providing technical direction and leadership to site teams

Supporting and guiding Contract Administrators

Driving program, budget, quality, and client outcomes

Conducting regular site visits (projects SEQ-based)

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in fitout/refurb construction

Must hold a QBCC Medium Rise Builder’s Licence (mandatory)

Strong track record with projects up to $5M

Confident leading multiple projects at once

Technically sound, with strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with MS Project and Microsoft Office suite

Based in or easily commutable to Brisbane’s south side
