We are currently on the lookout for an experienced gardener/landscaper to not only lead our current maintenance rounds, but to contribute to our expanding business.

Catering to high end residential maintenance and landscaping clients across the Perth Metro Area, we hold a high regard for the quality and reliability of our work. Myself (Kale) and Clare, work closely with our staff to support individual development ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients along with creating an environment that values the ideas and contribution of our staff.

The ideal applicant has:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Experience working in a team environment and as a team leader

Excellent proven time management, leadership and communication skills

Ability to effectively and appropriately communicate with team members, leadership staff and clients

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Confidence using a range of powered and non powered garden tools and their basic upkeep

Capable of performing basic gardening tasks ie, hedging, topiary, lawn mowing, pruning and pest/disease identification

High attention to detail and critical thinking

Hold a valid, manual drivers licence

Experience driving with a trailer preferred but not required

Ability to take care of admin tasks, such as detailed note taking and client communications

Certificate in horticulture (cert III) or equivalent and/or a minimum of 2 years industry experience

$36 - $40/hr on offer
Permanent full time - including sick pay, annual leave and super entitlements
