Rosebrook Sand & Gravel is a family-owned business that has been operating for 40 years in the Hunter Valley. Our Quarries produce specialty materials for the civil, mining, landscaping and concrete industries.

Due to increased work load we require experienced quarry operators to join our team. We have positions available, located in the Bathurst area.

The positions are permanent employment with flexibility depending on workload.

Ideally, we require the following attributes:

Minimum 1 year experience in earthmoving, quarrying and mining (Operating Excavators, Loaders & Dump Trucks)

Live within the quarry operating area

Three reliable employment references

Mechanical aptitude

Current RMS printout

Non-smoker

Be process, quality and result driven

Commitment to safety in the workplace

Clean and well presented

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent customer service and communication skills

High standard of literacy

Willingness to participate in random drug and alcohol testing on site

New employees are required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening.

New employees will be subject to a 3 month probation and need to satisfy the principal contractors requirements.
