About the role

Sydney onsite services is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team on a casual full time basis. Based in Sydney you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our valued clients across Sydney.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a variety of dock leveller, rapid doors, automatic gate system and roller shutters electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, training provided

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance checks and services

Liaise with clients to understand their technical needs and provide practical solutions

Document all work performed and maintain detailed records

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and tools

Provide on-call support and respond to emergency callouts as needed

What we're looking for

Service technician with high work ethic and hand tools experience

Installation and upgrading system

Worked in a service technician team

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible, reliable and adaptable approach to work

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
