The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician who will be based on the Central Coast but required to travel regularly to Sydney for service and installation work. This casual role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on a range of equipment
• Attend client sites across the Central Coast and Sydney
• Travel as required for onsite works, including extended stays away from home
• Diagnose faults and provide effective technical solutions
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain a professional standard of customer service at all times

About You

• Previous experience in a Service Technician or similar technical role
• Experience in the window and door industry is highly advantageous. Screen installations and glazing also desirable
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
