Compliance Care - Regional NSW

We are seeking a Compliance Care Specialist to join a leading not-for-profit Aged Care provider who is well established in Bundaberg. This business-critical position will be responsible for supporting, leading and ensuring adherence to compliance across all Healthcare services.

This position is based in Bundaberg, QLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance on clinical policies and best practices
• Track and enhance resident care outcomes
• Maintain precise and compliant clinical records
• Oversee audits and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Implement infection control measures and risk reduction strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct, and Charter of Resident Rights
• Exercise initiative relating to organisational policies and procedures
• Satisfactory National Police check
• Successful candidates will have permanent Australian working rights
