Educational Leader - Penrith

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join an Exceeding service in Penrith!

As an Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of educators while ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and experiences for children in the preschool room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators in the delivery of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote children's holistic development across all developmental domains.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development.
• Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
