About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the planning team at Australian Brands Alliance. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and forecasting processes to ensure our products are delivered to market efficiently. This is a full-time position based in our office in Alexandria, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the development and maintenance of product demand forecasts

Collect, analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities

Support the creation of production schedules and inventory plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues

Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to meet customer demand

Prepare periodic planning reports for management

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, supply chain or data analytics

1-2 years of experience in a planning or forecasting role, ideally in the retail or consumer products industry

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
