Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for motivated and reliable individuals who are passionate about air conditioning and refrigeration. Whether you’re a seasoned technician or just starting out, if you’re eager to learn, take pride in your work, and value teamwork — we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications

Valid ARC Licence – Required to perform all installation, repair, and servicing tasks.

Valid Restricted Electrical license – Required to perform all installation, repair, and servicing tasks.

Valid Driver’s Licence – For travel to job sites and service calls.

Minimum 2 Years’ Experience – In air-conditioning and refrigeration installation, maintenance, and fault finding.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install & Commission Systems – Including split, ducted, and commercial refrigeration units.

Diagnose & Repair Faults – Perform thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.

Respond to Service Calls – Promptly and professionally address customer concerns and system issues.

Ensure Safety & Compliance – Maintain high standards and adhere to all safety and industry regulations.

Provide Excellent Customer Service – Communicate clearly with clients and offer expert advice on system usage and care.

Participate in On-Call Duties – Be available for after-hours service as required.
