About the Role:

St Andrew’s Anglican College is seeking a highly organised and dynamic Programs and Camp Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support for key College programs, including the Year 9 Connections Program, year-level camps, Duke of Edinburgh Program, and international service trips. This role requires the successful candidate to adjust their working hours and days to meet operational needs during peak and quiet program and camp periods throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Provide logistical and administrative support for Year 9 Connections, camps, Duke of Edinburgh, and experiential learning programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with staff, parents, and external providers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Travel & Logistics: Manage travel, accommodation, and meals for programs and trips, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all programs meet College and legal requirements, including risk assessments and documentation.
  • Budget & Invoicing Support: Assist with budget tracking and processing for programs and events.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing events or programs, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including managing travel logistics, compliance, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in travel coordination is highly desirable, particularly in group travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while staying adaptable to shifting demands, ensures you consistently meet deadlines and deliver results. You thrive in a team environment, bringing excellent relationship-building skills that foster collaboration and support across all levels of the College. You are also flexible, able to adjust your approach to suit the ebbs and flows of work, ensuring that you remain effective during both peak and quieter periods. Your strong work ethic and ability to stay ahead of the curve make you a valuable asset to any team.

General Information:

22.8 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only), with flexibility based on program needs.
