The Role
This full-time position focuses on installing and servicing security systems for commercial clients. Responsibilities include:

Installing, programming, testing, and commissioning CCTV, access control, alarms, and IP based equipment

Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure system reliability

Delivering high quality customer service, including clear communication and accurate documentation

Complying with all health, safety, and quality regulations

What We're Looking For
If you have 2+ years in security system installation/maintenance and a solid understanding of IP networks, you'll fit right in. Essential:

Victorian Security Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to sites

Strong problem-solving skills, with experience reading plans, diagrams, and specifications

Effective communication for collaborating with clients and teams

Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Preference for experience with systems like Genetec, Milestone, or similar.
