About the Role

We are seeking two part-time solicitors/lawyers to join our growing team at MyVisa® in Sydney CBD. These roles suit generalist practitioners with strong drafting skills who enjoy varied legal work. While prior immigration experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential.

You will be working directly with a senior lawyer, contributing to case preparation, document drafting, and client advice in a collaborative team environment. This is a unique opportunity to develop broad skills within a busy and respected practice.

Key Responsibilities

– Draft and review legal documents, submissions, and correspondence

– Assist in client meetings, advice preparation, and matter management

– Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategies

– Liaise with clients, courts, and relevant authorities professionally

– Support a range of legal practice areas, with exposure to immigration law

What We’re Looking For

– Admission as a Solicitor or eligibility for admission in NSW

– Solid drafting skills and attention to detail

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

– Strong communication and client management skills

– A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn

– Prior immigration experience (desirable but not required)

– Based in Sydney or willing to relocate – on-site only (no remote work)
