Alameda Homestead Nursery is a leading wholesale production nursery, specialising in Climbing plants.We are a small,family-run business with a small staff. We are seeking a new, eager nursery hand to join our small team.We are a busy nursery, with Spring being our busiest time.

Job Requirements:

You must be fit and healthy, with a physical and hands-on approach to tasks that involve lifting.

Ability to grasp tasks quickly and build a high level of efficiency and speed.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work well individually and be a strong team player.

A driver's License and own transport required. Ability to work in all weather conditions-both indoor and outdoor.

Tasks include:

Dispatching plants.

General Nursery Hand tasks, watering, weeding, cleaning, and blocking benches.

Maintenance of Plants, winding,pruning, fertilising, weeding.

A geniune interest in plants is an advantage.

Potting both by hand and machine.

We are looking for someone for 3 to 4 days . This is a casual role with the opportunity to transition to part-time, full-time for the right candidate.
