Small and busy legal firm requires a motivated and proficient Legal Secretary to join their team. You will work well under pressure, have great attention to detail, and show initiative and confidence. You will need to be confident in using Microsoft 365 and learning new computing systems. Previous work experience that shows you are reliable and able to learn new skills quickly will be highly regarded. Ideally, you will have prior administration experience and/or be a law student seeking experience in a legal office while you complete your studies.

The main duties of this role will include:

Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and taking messages

Data entry

Ordering office supplies

Drafting correspondence

Archiving, filing, rounds

General administration duties
