Join our team from the ground up. Virtutel is a Wholesale Only Internet Service Provider, providing services to Managed Service Providers, ISPs and International Carriers. We are after Junior Provisioning/Assurance Staff to join us at our Nunawading (Eastern Melbourne) Office. The role will encompass the following responsibilities including.

• Provisioning of New/Existing Internet, nbn and VoIP Services
• Managing LNP Requests
• Level 2 Support of services

This is an entry level role which opens to other career opportunities within Virtutel and progression towards other roles such as Network Engineering, Systems Engineering and Operations.

We have Full Time and Part-Time roles (2-3 Days per week) available which are between 8.30AM and 5PM Monday-Friday with occasional rostered emergency on-call afterhours support.

On the Job learning is provided, however it is key that you have;

- Completed or completing a Network Engineering, Computer Science or Vendor Certificate (Eg Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA)
- Exposure to Linux and/or Cisco/Juniper Equipment preferred
- Plain English speaker and Have good Telephone and Email Skills
- Be proficient with the use of Word, Excel
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen
