The Role
Working alongside the partners and other team members in providing tax advice to clients.
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for various entity types (including partnerships, trust, and companies).
Preparing and lodging BASs, IAS & FBT Returns.
Experience in SMSF’s is a bonus, but not required.
Provide support and knowledge to other team members, where required.
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following:
6 months-2 years’ experience within an accounting firm.
Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting and have started their CA or CPA.
Experience using MYOB/XERO/Microsoft Office.
Have a friendly personality and excellent communication skills; with a good command of written and spoken English.
Possess a can do-attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Extraordinary level of attention to detail.
