An active asset manager and developer, this business focuses on finding under-utilised properties and extracting maximum value from them over the long term. As a multi-billion dollar fund manager they continuously look for new opportunities to add to the portfolio and operate in a high performance culture which includes hiring top talent in the market.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will focus on reporting across key funds:

Monthly management reporting for the funds and analysis

Presentation of results to asset/fund managers

Journals and reconciliations

Half and year end financial statements

BAS/GST returns

Coordination of the audit

Distribution calculations

Cashflow management

System integration and improvement projects

You must be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in financial and fund accounting within a property fund manager. Someone who is smart, motivated, keen to advance in their career, a confident communicator, and able to see the bigger picture will find this to be a great opportunity.
