SAP Functional Specialist (Finance Analyst)

Our client, a leading organisation driving a major S/4HANA Finance & PPM transformation, is looking for a seasoned SAP Functional Specialist to join on a 12‑month contract (strong potential for extension or permanent conversion).

Key Responsibilities

Finance Data Migration: Lead end‑to‑end mapping, extraction, transformation and reconciliation of master and transactional finance data into SAP S/4HANA.

PPM Migration: Manage transfer of project structures, budgets, cost plans and resource allocations into SAP PPM.

Testing & Validation: Develop and execute data‑migration test scripts, support UAT and system integration testing, and perform post‑go‑live data validation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with finance, IT and technical teams to capture requirements, resolve issues and maintain clear migration documentation.

Your Profile

5+ years’ hands‑on SAP Finance data‑migration and S/4HANA configuration experience

Proven expertise in SAP PPM modules and data‑mapping/reconciliation methodologies

Strong analytical skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex data‑integration challenges

Excellent communicator adept at managing diverse stakeholder groups

Term: 12 months, with high likelihood of extension or permanent role
