QC Law are a well established law firm and located centrally in Molendinar. We are a boutique firm who focus on providing exceptional service to our clients and building long standing relationships with referrers and clients. We have an exciting position available for a Law Graduate or Conveyancer to join our property team. Graduates, please apply as we are happy to provide full training for the right applicant.

About the role

The role is to undertake residential conveyancing files from A to Z on sales and purchases. You must be able to work autonomously on all residential conveyancing files and have impeccable communication skills. You will have ongoing support from the Property Solicitors and Principal Solicitors at all times. Use of PEXA and Leap Cloud would be an advantage. Conveyancing training is available to the right candidate. You will also receive training on interstate conveyancing matters, commercial conveyancing and property related transactions.

Skills and experience

We are seeking a proactive team member who has:

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Team player

Preferred experience with PEXA

Impeccable communication skills

Confident with communicating with clients and other team members

Provides clients with high level and quality professional service

Effective time and file management skills

Preferred experience with LEAP software
