About The Role

Based at our Gold Coast HQ, our Channel & Trade Marketing Manager will drive promotional execution and retail activation while ensuring brand dominance.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

reporting to the CEO and Chief of Staff + managing our national promotional calendar

securing opportunities within time/budget constraints

building retailer partnerships to maximise visibility & co-op opportunities

adapting brand campaigns across retail and e-commerce platforms

analysing promotional performance and implementing data-driven improvements

maintaining optimised retailer platforms and ad campaigns.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

3+ years FMCG trade/channel marketing experience (grocery experience = massive advantage)

Commercial and strategy-oriented mindset essential

Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools

ROI optimisation/promotional budget management expertise

Adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth business environments

Proven skills with negotiation & stakeholder relationship management.
