What will you be doing?
As Boutique Manager, you'll lead from the shop floor - energising the team, connecting with customers, and ensuring the boutique reflects the brand's aesthetic and values at every touchpoint.

You will:

Drive boutique performance through exceptional service and commercial thinking

Coach and develop a close-knit retail team with a focus on growth and collaboration

Uphold premium visual merchandising standards, ensuring every detail reflects the brand

Oversee daily operations including stock, reporting, and operational procedures

Foster a refined, welcoming environment that inspires loyalty and connection

Be a true ambassador of the brand and its values

Who are you?
You bring experience in premium or lifestyle retail and have a natural flair for leadership and style. You're commercially minded, passionate about product, and thrive in boutique environments where customer experience comes first.

You have:

A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in premium retail

Strong people management skills and a confident, nurturing leadership style

A deep appreciation for design, fashion, and storytelling through service

Strong commercial and operational acumen - you understand the numbers

A warm, engaging presence and commitment to creating beautiful experiences

Initiative, positivity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving retail landscape
