About the Role
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for urgent care? GSHS is seeking a dedicated RN to join our dynamic Urgent Care Centre team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our community.
As a Registered Nurse in our Urgent Care Centre, you will:
Triage and manage patients presenting with urgent health needs.
Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Act as a clinical resource and role model for your peers.
Support evidence-based practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
The successful applicant should possess the following:
Tertiary Qualifications as a Registered Nurse
Current registration with APHRA (Australian Health Practitioner Agency) - Registered Nurse
Current Police Check
Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience (Emergency/UCC preferred)
Postgraduate qualifications (or working towards)
Strong understanding of ANCI competencies and professional codes
Flexibility to work across various clinical areas
Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centred care
Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
