NDIS experience required – Minimum 3 years proven experience in similar role.

The Role –
As an Operations & Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of our service delivery, while also contributing to our broader goals for growth and participant satisfaction. Oversee audits, investigates incidents and complaints, ensures continuous improvement, and promotes a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily operations across multiple service areas
Business development support, including identifying growth opportunities
Face-to-face engagement with participants, families, and staff
Rostering support staff and ensuring schedule accuracy
Following up with staff regarding shifts, documentation, and performance
Ensure ILDS operates in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Acting as a first point of contact for participant and staff inquiries
Travelling as needed to participant locations or between sites
Supporting management with reporting, planning, and communications
Who We’re Looking For:
Excellent people skills – friendly, confident, and respectful
Highly organised, responsive, and able to follow through on tasks
Comfortable working independently and remotely with reliable follow-up
Confident using email, documents and basic admin systems
Holds a driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle
Has (or is willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely and accurate maintenance of records and registers
Administrative tasks completed within agreed timeframes
Effective communication with stakeholders and contractors
Support provided for audits and site checks
Minimal errors or delays in documentation and reporting
Experience in administrative roles within Ndis, health, or aged care settings
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, shift care and other admin tools
Minimum 3 years ‘experience. Sound industry knowledge with the ability to manage daily tasks, critical thinking capabilities, ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
