What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and business partners

Supporting the Managing Director and Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks

Coordinating business travel arrangements and appointments

Managing staff calendars and client bookings

Ordering inventory, IT equipment and office supplies

Assisting with compiling data for reporting and analysis

Contributing to office processes and helping implement policies and procedures

Creating a positive, supportive and organised office environment

About You

2 + years experience in administration or customer service (banking or broking experience is a bonus!)

Exceptional relationship-building skills with a natural customer-first approach

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Positive, motivated and eager to grow professionally
