What You'll Be Doing

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

Assist clients with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)

Support mobility and physical activity needs

Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and community outings

Provide help with household duties, meals, and medication prompts

Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

Promote independence and help clients achieve their NDIS goals

What You’ll Need

A compassionate and reliable attitude

Minimum 6 months experience in disability or community support – preferred

Certificate III or IV in Disability (preferred)

Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

First Aid and CPR Certificates or willing to obtain

Police Check – Required

Valid Driver’s Licence

Own vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance – Required

Legal right to work in Australia
