At High St, we’re more than a medicinal cannabis clinic — we are pioneers in revolutionising community health and wellness. Having launched our Enmore flagship store in 2025, we are searching for a standout Registered Nurse to lead a new era of healthcare with us.

Four half days per week - 10am - 2pm with the aim to move to full-time. Can be flexible with hours for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As a High St Registered Nurse, you’ll work at the intersection of clinical care and patient advocacy. Your day-to-day will include:

Patient Intake & Screening: Perform Telehealth and in-clinic intake calls with new patients to assess their eligibility for alternative medicine.

Treatment Journey Monitoring: Conduct follow-up calls with patients after their consults, offering a listening ear, providing support, and guiding them through their treatment journey with clarity and empathy.

Patient Care Management: Resolve any issues raised in follow-up calls or from inbound queries — whether it’s fixing a scripting issue with a doctor, working with the pharmacy team to ensure prompt medication delivery, or managing patient expectations through clear communication of our protocols.

Clinical Assessments: Use your nursing fundamentals — pathophysiology, pharmacology, and communication — to deliver structured, insightful assessments that help shape each patient’s treatment journey.

Education & Support: Guide patients through the practicalities of medicinal cannabis usage, empowering them with knowledge and confidence.

Records & Confidentiality: Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and uphold strict patient confidentiality at all times.

This is a clinical role with a strong customer service focus. Your nursing knowledge is critical, but it’s your compassion, patience, and emotional intelligence that will leave a lasting impact on our patients — many of whom live with chronic, life-altering conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience managing complex clinical operations in general practice

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic communication style

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

A belief in and passion for the therapeutic potential of medicinal cannabis

Experience with MediRecords is highly desirable

A team-first mindset with the ability to lead with trust, clarity, and calm.
