The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Cromer group home with 20-24 hours per week.
Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.
Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.

Week 1 - Total 31 hours
Tue 15:00-21:00
Wed 06:00-09:00
Fri 07:00 - 15:00
Sat 13:30-19:30
Sun 07:00-15:00
Week 2 - Total 13.5 hours
Wed 06:00-09:00
Fri 15:00-21:00
Sat 15:00-19:30
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
Experience as a disability support practitioner or a carer or assistant in nursing or aged care or nursing
A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
