At Think Renewable, our people are everything — and finding the right ones is a big part of what makes us a leading name in solar and battery solutions. We’re growing fast, and we need a Recruitment Administrator to help us find the next wave of great talent.

In this casual role, you’ll be hands-on in the early stages of the recruitment process — writing ads, screening candidates, and supporting the coordination of interviews. You’ll work closely with our People Pillar to help build high-performing, values-aligned teams across the business.

💡 This is a casual position with the potential to move into a full-time role for someone who brings great energy, initiative, and attention to detail.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Writing and publishing job ads across Seek and other platforms

Reviewing incoming applications and identifying potential candidates

Conducting phone screenings and communicating with candidates

Coordinating interviews and managing interview scheduling

Maintaining tracking spreadsheets and recruitment documentation

Supporting the People & Culture team with admin and hiring projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great attention to detail and organisational ability

A friendly, professional approach when speaking with candidates

Some experience in admin, recruitment or HR support is a plus (but not essential)

Enthusiasm, initiative, and a willingness to learn
