About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team and support the Director of Human Resources in delivering an inclusive and positive employee experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your HR career in a luxury hospitality environment, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring seamless execution of people processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

Assist with Learning & Development initiatives

Prepare reports and support compliance and audit processes

Be a trusted point of contact for associates and leaders

Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture

About You

Experience in a similar entry-level HR role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong administrative and data entry capabilities

Interest or experience in Learning & Development

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach

Able to work weekends if required

Valid Police Check and full working rights in Australia
