Intrepid Cleaning are seeking experienced housekeepers to join our team for sites in the Perth metropolitan area, including Attadale and Karrinyup.

The successful applicant will be available to work 2 to 5 days per week between 8.30am-3:30pm. Weekly hours will be between 10-24 per week with the opportunity to take on additional hours or work evening shifts if desired.

Description of the role:

Cleaning the interior of boarding houses including common areas and staff and student’s rooms.

Vacuuming and mopping floors.

Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and laundry fixtures and replenishing consumables.

Emptying bins and removing rubbish.

Applying appropriate chemicals to remove stains and dirt.

Reporting any maintenance issues.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a hotel or other accommodation environment (minimum 2 years).

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with school staff.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good time management skills with the ability to adjust to changing workloads.

Good organisational skills with the ability to work unsupervised.

Ability to show initiative and problem solve.

Current “C” class driver’s licence with your own vehicle.

Must hold or be willing to apply for a Working with Children Check card.
