Are you a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling role? We have an exciting opportunity for community based nurse working with our elderly Clients aged 65 and over, based in Brisbane area.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking self-motived and dynamic Registered Nurses with experience of home care clients living in the community . You will enjoy working as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, have experience delivering clinical services into client’s homes.

Your Role:

Travel to Clients' homes to provide high quality clinical nursing care and assessments.

Provide effective clinical support to our teams of coordinators and carers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Foster strong relationships with Clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Provide clinical assessments to CHSP Consumers.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years Registered Nurse experience with current AHPRA registration

Experience of high care clients living at home will be highly regarded

Excellent customer service skills and Client focused attitude

High level oral and written communication skills

Sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications

Current QLD Open Drivers Licence with access to reliable vehicle

Australian National Police Clearance Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

An Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid visa with working rights in Australia

An ability to speak another language will be highly regarded
