We’re looking for a driven individual to lead or support high-value tender submissions, develop pricing strategies, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes at the front end of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed and accurate rated cost plans and tender submissions
• Engage suitable trade coverage and coordinate the Request for Tender process
• Assess risk, prelims, and value management opportunities
• Identify gaps in trade pricing and flag commercial risks early
• Represent the business in pricing meetings, client presentations, and post-tender reviews
• Track market trends, escalation, and subcontractor movements

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in cost planning or estimating within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Proven track record delivering tenders in commercial, mixed-use, or institutional sectors
• Ability to work independently on tenders and manage client-facing communication
• Strong knowledge of the NSW subcontractor market, preferably with exposure to non-EBA pricing
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
