To join our Clients Food Service Production line team, we are looking for a talented and driven Knifehand. Our Clients operations will succeed because of your meticulousness, devotion to quality standards, and dedication to food safety.
Work hours are 2am - 10:30am Monday to Friday
Your daily duties will include:
- Trimming, peeling, portioning, deboning, and filleting fresh meat products
- Using cutting and slicing equipment for meat
- Meat product loading and unloading
- Observing hygienic and safe food handling procedures
- Keeping a tidy and secure work environment
To success in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 Years' experience as a Knifehand or Portion Cutter
- Strong Knife Handling Skills
- Full working rights
- Ability to adhere to Food Safety Protocols
- Able to work in both a team and an individual environment
