The role

As an Estates Planning Paralegal, you will support a Legal Team Leader and the team. Your duties will comprise of -

• Drafting Wills, EPOA's, Advance Health Directives and correspondence
• Client agreements
• Witnessing documents and forwarding documents for signature
• Participate in client interviews with lawyers
• Dealing with clients including giving updates
• Diary management and organising meetings
• Correspondence with Solicitors, Third Parties and related entities
• Billings including time recording
• and general file management duties

Your experience

You will have at least 2 years Paralegal experience in Estate Planning.

National Boutique specialist wills & estates law firm with 20 staff. Offer induction training, mentoring, professional and corporate environment, social club, paid maternity leave, great culture - open door policy. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation).
