Your Impact:

In this role, you will:

Build & Lead – Oversee the setup of the centre, recruit and mentor a passionate team, and create a positive workplace culture.

Shape the Future – Develop an engaging, high-quality early learning environment that supports children’s development.

Drive Success – Build strong relationships with families and the community while ensuring high occupancy.

Champion Excellence – Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and quality education.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role (Centre Director or similar).

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved).

Ability to build occupancy and maintain.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

A deep understanding of EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early childhood education.

WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certifications.
