The Role: A Day in Your Shoes

As the primary face of our studio, you’ll create standout experiences while actively contributing to operations and business growth:

First point of contact: manage walk-ins, calls, emails

Educate on modalities and benefits

Drive sales - convert trial users into memberships or session packs

Cross sell products, retail and services

Liaise with sports teams and businesses for group bookings

Maintain a clean, hygienic environment (wet area mop, sanitise surfaces)

Create engaging social media content (Instagram/Facebook)

Support local marketing and activation events

Accurately document member inquiries and maintain data integrity

Who You Are

A customer centric sales gun - energetic, proactive, and easily connects with diverse clients (No sales experience needed, just a great attitude)

Deep interest in wellness and recovery (or eagerness to fully dive into it)

Experienced in fast paced customer service and strong sales delivery

Skilled communicator with excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem solving skills

Confident working autonomously while maintaining team synergy

High level of social media acumen

Essential Qualifications

Proven experience in high-volume customer service

Background in the fitness or wellness industry (preferred)

Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset

Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
