About the role

Priceline Pharmacy Wanneroo Central is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Wanneroo, WA. This casual role is perfect for someone seeking flexible work hours in a vibrant pharmacy environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers

Assisting the Retail Manager and be a part of the whole team

Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the pharmacy is well-presented

Processing sales transactions and handling cash/EFTPOS payments

Completing administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping when required

Promoting health and wellness products to customers

Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

Basic mathematical and data entry skills

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred

Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures is an advantage

Holding an S2/S3 certificate (or in the process of attaining one) will be even more favoured
