Shape housing programs across the NT - lead critical infrastructure planning with strong benefits and diverse regional engagement.

As the Manager GEH Asset Planning, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and coordination of Government Employee Housing (GEH) capital works and upgrade programs across regional and remote areas in the Territory which involves regular travel.

You’ll play a critical part in shaping the delivery of essential housing services for government staff in some of the Territory’s most unique and challenging environments and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to manage housing infrastructure planning, land use, and capital program delivery.

About you

Demonstrated high-level infrastructure and/or facilities planning expertise.

Established project management and organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and independently.

Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to translate information and influence a collaborative approach to achieve outcomes.

High-level attention to detail with the ability to deliver reports, policies, strategies, advice and data effectively.

Ability to research, understand, analyse and interpret policies and legislation.

Extensive experience understanding the technical and administrative issues relating to build projects within a Northern Territory context
