About the role

Join a regional Aboriginal community organisation to support Social Workers and Case Managers delivering essential mental health and social care services. Provide leadership, supervision, and collaborative clinical input.

Oversee clinical practice for a team of 13

Lead regular team and allocation meetings

Collaborate with hospitals and visiting psychiatrists

Skills & experience

Social Work degree and current registration

Team leadership or clinical supervision experience

Skilled in casework and mental health frameworks

Strong communication and leadership skills

Cultural awareness or Aboriginal health experience welcomed
