OT Life Australia is a values-driven occupational therapy practice dedicated to empowering individuals across the lifespan. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated subcontractor to join our team in delivering high-quality, participant-centred NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments that align with each participant’s needs, goals, and NDIS requirements

Attend home visits (travel time to and from your home is paid)

Develop and implement intervention plans, including:

Assistive technology assessments and prescriptions

Functional and therapeutic strategies

Maintain accurate case notes and professional reports

Liaise with participants’ families, GPs, and allied health professionals

Stay up to date with NDIS policy, guidelines, and referral processes

Manage your own schedule and appointments to ensure timely service delivery

Uphold the ethical and professional standards set by the OT Board of Australia

Engage in ongoing professional development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

Current AHPRA registration

Valid Australian driver’s licence

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework and reporting requirements

Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
