Your next career opportunity
As the Knowledge Management (KM) Lead at the University of Melbourne, you'll spearhead the design, development and implementation of a unified KM Framework for the Student Services Transformation Program. You'll have the opportunity to revolutionise how service information is created, managed and delivered, enhancing quality and enabling AI integration. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of student services and contribute to the University's digital transformation journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop KM Strategy and Governance: Design and implement a comprehensive KM framework, including governance structures, ownership models, and knowledge architecture.
- Shape and embed change: Drive adoption of the KM framework through stakeholder engagement, training, and cultural change initiatives.
- Optimise Knowledge Processes: Create efficient workflows for knowledge creation, validation, and improvement, integrating feedback channels and measurement systems.
- Evaluate and Implement Technology: Assess and recommend technology solutions to support the KM framework and enhance service delivery.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced KM professional with a strong track record of designing and implementing KM frameworks in complex environments, possessing excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving digital transformation.
You may also:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (eg in Information Management/Studies, Business, Management or a related discipline).
- Have demonstrated success in implementing KM strategies in complex organisations.
- Possess strong knowledge of information governance principles and content compliance.
- Be skilled in process design and familiar with KM tools and platforms.
- Have experience in change management and project leadership.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
